
Nick D’Angelo, a self-taught (mostly) artist was born and resides in Philadelphia, PA. For decades, his work has shown in hundreds of group and solo shows in the area including every art center, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Berman Museum of Art, the Reading Public Museum and the Woodmere Art Museum.
He is the recipient of many dozens of awards in painting. He has had nine solo exhibitions at the Rodger LaPelle Gallery in Olde City Philadelphia.
He’s been reviewed in the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Chestnut Hill Local, the Artblog and other publications by noted critics Ed Sozanski, Victoria Donahue and R.B. Strauss.
