Summer Saturday’s Grown Up and Me Art Circle | 9-11AM
Join us at Abington Art Center this Summer on Saturdays 9-11am from June 17th-July 15th for Summer Saturday’s Grown up and Me Art Circle!
Enjoy music, movement, and creative flow and self-guided educational activities in the gallery.
• FREE Program with suggested donation of $15

July 6
Summer Concert Series | Featuring: York Street Hustle | Starting at 6PM
Abington Art Center is beyond excited to announce this year’s ’soundtrack of togetherness’, featuring five free concerts complete with rotating food trucks, interactive booths and refreshments from Moss Mill Brewing Co. and Mermaid Spirits.
York Street Hustle is Philly’s premier 10-piece soul ensemble performing with grit, sweat, and attention to detail from Motown to Aretha Franklin to original tracks inspired by the 60’s-era sound!
The gates open at 6PM each Thursday night as the stunning grounds of Alverthorpe Manor come alive with music. Guests are welcome to bring blankets, chairs, and dancing shoes for concert programming the whole family can enjoy.

Faces in the Clouds | Access Workshop Series | 10AM-12PM
Abington Art Center is partnering with local artist David Karasow to host our very first access program, “Faces in the Clouds”!
Whether you think of yourself as an artist or not, enjoy material exploration and meet new friends in this three day workshop, where we dive into color, design, and experimental art practices.

Summer Juried Show Virtual Artist Talk with Mindy Flexer | Starting at 6PM
Join us LIVE for our virtual artist talks with select artists from our 2023 Summer Juried Show: Ethnicity Through the Eyes of The Artist!
Juror and curator Erika Land will be taking an in-depth look into our select artists’ artistic approaches, their interpretations of this year’s theme, their artistic journeys, and so much more!

July 13
Summer Concert Series | Featuring: Camera Thief + LEV | Starting at 6PM
Camera Thief is an anthemic rock band from Jenkintown, comprised of two brother duos and longtime friends, Joe and Brendan Duffey, Robert and Pasquale Defazio, and Joe Hartnett.
Their self-produced and debut record, “The War Machine,” is full of propulsive sounds that have been featured on ALT 104.5 as well as 88.5 WXPN.
LEV will also perform with the sonic songs of Glenside-based Josh Levandosky and Doug Wartman.

Forest Bathing with Justin Ferko | 1-2PM , 3-4PM
Our forest bathing program is an hour-long meditative and guided walk through Abington Art Center’s Sculpture Park. You will be invited to experience your breathing, senses, and the natural environment at various locations throughout our beautiful 27-acre park.
• Registration fee $35

Mukamuri is a Soul artist from Zimbabwe currently based in Doylestown, PA. Mukamuri uses his music beyond entertainment. While his music is entertaining, it also educates and challenges issues that society faces.

Abington Art Center is beyond excited to announce this year’s ’soundtrack of togetherness’, featuring five free concerts complete with rotating food trucks, interactive booths and refreshments from Moss Mill Brewing Co. and Mermaid Spirits.
Full Moon Fever is a Bucks County-based tribute to Tom Petty. They have an amazing full sound and don’t miss a note with up to a 3 hour repertoire of Petty classics. The band is fronted by Summer Concert Series Alumni–Pat Mencel of the Fleetwood Mac ‘Rumors’ Side A band.
