Abington Art Center is a community center focused on music, drawing, painting, oil, ceramics, metals, sewing, embroidery, pottery, and jewelry classes. It is an outdoor free concert venue, with theater, dance, jazz, and live music on stage. You can buy gifts, crafts, bracelets, necklaces, and rings at the unique holiday fair.

For more than 75 years Abington Art Center has cultivated the power of the arts and inspired the community through classes, programs, exhibitions, and events. We rely on your generous support to make these programs possible.

How can I contribute to Abington Art Center?

Annual Appeal Letter from our Executive Director

November 22, 2022
Dear Friend,

More and more residents of Abington and our neighboring region have discovered what an incredible community asset AAC is. We have a great story to tell. I hope you, too, have taken note of the many exciting things happening “behind the wall” at Abington Art Center. To help ensure that AAC can continue to inspire individuals and strengthen community through the arts, today I am asking for your financial support. A gift at any level will make a difference!

We are proud to have reached thousands of people in a variety of ways this year.

Like many others, maybe you enjoyed free music on our beautiful rolling lawn during the summer concert series, or the Cuban and classical music performances sponsored by our partner, Artcinia.

As a working artist you might have been a vendor at our Spring or Fall Craft Fair or exhibited in our highly regarded galleries.

Are you just setting out on your artistic journey or finding ways to continue exploring your medium? Perhaps you took an art class or had a piece chosen for AAC’s Annual Juried Show. Or you might have talented children who found a creative outlet in summer art camp or a class in cartooning.

If you planned or attended a family celebration, maybe your wedding, Mitzvah, retirement party, baby shower, celebration of life, or milestone birthday party took place on AAC’s historic and inspiring grounds.

All these meaningful experiences are made possible by the generous donations of those who love the arts and this community as you do. Please support our Annual Fund this year!

Thank you for supporting Abington Art Center. Your contribution will make an important impact as you help strengthen this dynamic and inclusive organization.

Sincerely,

Rosalie Guzofsky, Ph.D.
Executive Director
