This month at Coffee Break, meet artist Erica Loustau whose installation is included in the fall Solo Series and enjoy coffees by Peregrine Coffee. $5/AAC Members FREE. Join Abington Memorial Hospital for a heart-healthy walk in the natural beauty at Abington Art Center’s new .6 mile walking trail. Take your time, enjoy the landscape and sculptures that highlight the forces and materials found in nature. Healthy snacks and health information offered. Listen to Reckless Amateurs who will close out the evening with a healthy blend of rock, roots and singer-songwriter pop. Concert starts at 6pm.

Abington Health is the healthcare partner of the American Heart Association’s START! Walking program. Rain date: Thursday, October 14.

Cold beer, delicious food, great atmosphere – the stage is set for a casual, celebratory event to raise money in support of the Center’s programming for the community. This year’s Art-on-Tap promises to be a fun night out.
GG Brewers of Glenside will pour microbrews to accompany a light dinner provided by The Shanachie, Tequila Joe’s, Linda Jean’s and Curds ‘n Whey. Event tickets are available for $45 / $40 for AAC members. Tickets purchased after September 15 are $55 / $50 for AAC members. Dress is casual. This year’s presenting sponsor is Calfayan Construction Associates.
