Hi, Angie here! I am a sophomore North Carolina. And I love the ARTS! I am originally from Philly - but now I’m in North Carolina living and attending college. So I’m always on the go traveling back, over and back again. I can remember all the great projects and evening movies I watch at the Abington Art Center as a kid. So it’s a pleasure to be a part of this project. I do enjoy the college life and all the social activities that so along with the experience. I am studying to be an educator, the kind of teacher that brings creativity into each and every lesson. I also love my community work because - when you do good… you always feel good! “I like to keep things positive.” In my spare time, I’ve participated in a lot of art driven projects; from theater to art projects with kids. In the summer I work with children at a Special Needs Camp and the Art activities are the most popular to experience for the little guys and gals. I love to travel around and look at all kinds of art, and I love to find new artistic talent. So WOW, I am extremely happy to be a part of the Abington Arts Project – because we need to Keep Art Alive “Think of me as your On The Road Reporter - back to ya!”
